Introduction to AI and Generative AI Fundamentals

  • Mini-Lecture: Who am I? Introduction to AI + the Future of Work (includes examples of AI in daily life)  
  • Mini-Lecture: How Machines ‘Think’: Neural Networks, LLMs & Black Box Architecture (A concise, interactive lecture on neural networks and large language models, highlighting the "black box" nature of AI with engaging demos.

MODULE 2

AI in Action -Prompting Bootcamp

  • Large Group Debate reflection (rotating pair/share); Group debrief
  • Rules for Co-Intelligence 
  • Prompting Bootcamp
  • Hands-On Activity: Create an AI Persona
  • AI Voice Cloning Showcase Exploration
  • Build a CustomGPT + peer testing + refinement

MODULE 3

AI for Problem-Solving and Real-World Applications

  • Brainstorm, Idea Generation, Refinement + Design Sprint 
  • AI Productivity Tools: Gamma, Claude, NapkinAI, etc. 
  • Group to Group Feedback: Groups present a short version of their project to another group acting as "consultants." The consulting group provides feedback and asks probing questions. After 15 minutes, the groups switch roles. 
  • Back in groups to process + work on project/next steps for presentations(!)

What happens on the final presentation day?

Participants will showcase their projects, demonstrating the practical application of AI and big data concepts they’ve learned. They will present their findings, analysis, and solutions based on real-world case studies, receiving valuable feedback from industry experts and instructors. This gives participants the opportunity to showcase their skills and gain hands-on experience in using AI and big data to solve complex problems.

What is your workshop cancellation or refund policy?

If you request to cancel 30 days before the program’s start date, a full refund will be issued. If you request to cancel 15 days before the program’s start date, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations requested within 15 days of the program’s start date. All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks following the conclusion of the program.
